How our membership works


The Boxing Room operates on a coaching-led membership model.

You choose how often you want to train each month.

Your sessions are programmed, coached, and progressed just as they would be with 1:1 Personal Training.

Most members train 2–4 times per week through Small Group Personal Training, with the option to include 1:1 coaching where appropriate.

The perfect place to start is our 6-Week Non-Contact Boxing Training Camp.

It includes an introductory 1:1 private session and is designed to help you get great results, build confidence, improve fitness, learn real boxing skills and experience our training approach before moving into ongoing Small Group or Hybrid coaching.

Don’t worry about choosing perfectly on day one, we can help you start in the right place and you can adjust as you go.

Commitment Bonus

Members training 8 sessions or more per month may choose to commit upfront and receive additional FREE SGPT sessions as a consistency bonus


  • 4 months upfront → +2 SGPT sessions
  • 5 months upfront → +3 SGPT sessions
  • 6 months upfront → +6 SGPT sessions (1 per month)



Bonus sessions:

  • are SGPT only
  • exclude The 6 week training camp
  • must be used within the commitment period
  • are designed to support momentum, consistency and community

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

The most popular option

Train in a small group of 3–4 people, following your own individual programme.

You are coached every session — with structure, feedback and progression — without the cost of 1:1 training.

  • 4 sessions / month – £92
  • 8 sessions / month – £184
  • 12 sessions / month – £276
  • 16 sessions / month – £368

  • Individualised ( Non contact) boxing and strength training programme

SGPT delivers the accountability and results of personal training with all the added energy and benefits of working with a small supportive group.


Hybrid Coaching Memberships

SGPT plus protected 1:1 time

Hybrid memberships combine Small Group Personal Training with monthly 1:1 Personal Training sessions.

Perfect if you:

  • Want regular private check-ins
  • Value deeper technical or strategic coaching
  • Are looking for the balance of group energy and 1:1 focus
  • Want some deep and meaningful chats with Gareth between sets

Hybrid options


  • Hybrid 4: 3 SGPT + 1 PT — £119 per month
  • Hybrid 8: 6 SGPT + 2 PT — £238 per month
  • Hybrid 12: 10 SGPT + 2 PT — £330 per month

1:1 Personal Training

Best suited to those who require tailored support, such as pregnancy or post-natal training, injury considerations, confidence rebuilding, or anyone who prefers fully private, 1:1 coaching.

1:1 training is:

  • Fully personalised
  • Coach-led
  • Ideal for deeper technical boxing, rehabilitation, or intensive body transformation work
  • Perfect for focusing

Pricing

  • £50 per session
  • Available as packs or monthly commitments

Some members train exclusively 1:1, others use PT alongside SGPT.
