This camp is ideal if you:

You do not need boxing experience.
You do not need to be fit already.

You are coached through a structured programme, inside a small group of 3–4 people, with individual attention every session. You will learn how to box.

Train like a boxer and get in fighting shape - safely, progressively and without sparring.

Over the 6 weeks camp:

The Boxing Room is led by Gareth, an England Boxing–qualified coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years' experience.

He has trained alongside and learned from world-class fighters and coaches including: Floyd Mayweather, Roy Jones Jr, George Groves, Adam Booth, Darren Barker, Tony Jeffries and Frankie Gavin.

We now offer two ways to take part in the 6-Week Boxing Camp, so you can choose the option that fits your lifestyle and schedule. Both camps deliver the same coached program, the same personalised attention, and the same focus on real technique and results. The difference is simply how often you train each week.
