The Boxing Room is led by Gareth, an England Boxing–qualified coach and Level 3 PT. He has trained alongside and learned his craft from world champions, elite coaches and all-time greats including: Floyd Mayweather, Roy Jones Jr, George Groves, Adam Booth, Darren Barker, Stephen Smith and Olympians Tony Jeffries and Frankie Gavin.
Most members train through Small Group Personal Training.
You train in a small group of 3–4 people, but you follow your own individual program based on your goals, experience, and ability. You get coaching, feedback and structure alongside support outside of the gym. This is not a follow along class.
Here you will also have access to unique performance tools you won't find in many commercial gyms — including the PowerKube, the world-leading punch-measurement system that lets you test how hard you really hit (yes, it's addictive).
Blending 1:1 attention with group energy gives you structure and accountability and keeps you wanting to come back.
Added bonus – We do not have over-excited instructors screaming random affirmations whilst inexplicably dancing for no reason other than…you know…vibes.
Hybrid combines SGPT with regular 1:1 sessions.
